Are you a caregiver feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, and anxious as you care for a loved one? I understand your struggle. As a physical therapist with over 30 years of experience, including working in home health, I have witnessed and experienced every type of emotion and frustration that caregivers go through.

Being a caregiver is not easy. Caregivers not only have to deal with their own emotions but also with the emotions of the person they are caring for, which can range from fear and anger to shame and sadness. On top of that, caregivers have to stay present and aware of what's happening in the moment while also considering the influence of their own upbringing and past experiences with care.

Stress and uncertainty can sometimes make caregivers hesitant to even walk through the door to care for their loved one. I want caregivers to know that they are not alone in their struggles.

If you are a caregiver, this course is designed to connect with you and offer support. I understand the challenges you face, and I can help provide guidance and reassurance on your caregiving journey.
